CELLS & COMMITTEE'S
Mediation Cell
Patel Law College’s Mediation Cell is committed to advancing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques, particularly mediation, as a successful and cordial means of resolving disputes. The Cell helps people looking for amicable ways to settle conflicts and gives students practical experience in negotiation, conflict management, and mediation.
The Cell teaches the community and students about negotiation, mediation, and cooperative problem-solving through workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns. It places a strong emphasis on communication, understanding, and compromise as means of resolving disputes short of going to court.
The Mediation Cell promotes a peaceful and encouraging school atmosphere by assisting with mediation and developing useful ADR skills. It displays the college’s dedication to social responsibility, experiential learning, and the creation of capable, socially conscious professionals.
